Preparation Instructions
Mix 30g of SOY&OAT 5 with 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker equipped with a strainer in order to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Recommendations for use
The average recommended daily intake of protein for an athlete is 1 to 1.5 g/kg of bodyweight/day (2/3 of this intake should be obtained from your daily diet).

    Aptonia Soy and Oat high protein shake
    Easy mix, gentle vanilla taste, high protein 2 scoops to get full protein level is a bit heavy

    Easily mixed with hand shaker and coconut milk, gentle vanilla taste from 1 scoop. 2 scoops to get full protein level is a bit heavy tasty though so two lots of the mix is better. Higher protein than some others and at a better price point. No issues with digestion afterwards.

    not nice taste
    mixes great, tastes yuk, need more vanilla

    i saw only vanilla, chocolate would be better taste. this was pretty yuk,, had to mix another flavour into it to make it drinkable.
    wont be buying this again
