Preparation instructions
Mix 100g of MASS GAINER 7 with 200 ml of water or milk in a sieve shaker to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds before drinking.

    Un complemento ideal para ganar masa muscular

    Con una buena alimentación, ejercicio y entrenamiento adecuado, este es un buen complemento para aumentar la masa muscular. Al cabo de las tres semanas ya se empiezan a notar sus efectos de la proteína. Pero lo más importante es empezar a tomarlas si ya llevas un tiempo anterior de entrenamiento (al menos cinco o seis meses) ya que el músculo necesita un periodo de adaptación al entremaniento y las proteínas o complementos deportivos no son milagrosos si no se usan correctamente.
