G-EASY ENERGY GEL: PRESENTATION

The capacity of a G-Easy Energy Gel is twice that of a normal gel, i.e. 64g (2 x 32g). That's why the energy intake is twice that of a conventional gel.

2/ PREPARATION OF THE G-EASY GEL

- During transportation: remember to keep the original white stopper to stop the gel from leaking before the race.

- Just before the session: unscrew the white stopper and screw the mouthpiece.

If you are carrying 2 G-Easy Energy Gels, screw up the 2 mouthpieces on each of the 2 gels before the outing (the mouthpieces are not designed to be replaced during use).

If this is your first purchase and you are going on a long outing with 2 G-Easy Energy Gels, remember to buy the extra pack of 2 mouthpieces.

3/ WHERE DO YOU PUT THE G-EASY DURING USE

The G-Easy Energy Gel can be stored in the pocket of a tri suit, cycling jersey, trail running shorts or hydration pack.

4/ USING THE G-EASY ENERGY GEL

The G-Easy Energy Gel is specially designed for long distances and will give you a boost when the going gets tough. In addition to the carbs and vitamins, it contains caffeine and BCAAs (amino acids). For maximum efficiency:

- Suck the gel at the mouthpiece.

- Consume in several goes (to avoid any digestive problems). We recommend taking one mouthful every quarter of an hour and drinking a little water after each intake.

- At the end of the session, if there is some gel left over, you can still consume it within 15 days of opening.

5/ MAINTAINING THE G-EASY MOUTHPIECE

The G-Easy Energy Gel is non-rechargeable and should therefore be thrown away after use. As for the mouthpiece, it is re-usable and can be washed with water.

As a sport enthusiast, I did dancing for a long time before discovering triathlon, which became a real addiction right from my first race! I am a fan of Sprint and Olympic distances, and I like the variety that this sport offers both in terms of its practice and the environment in which I can grow. Triathlons offer interesting challenges to look forward to with pleasure as the key!
