Preparation Instructions
Mix 30g of CASEIN5 with 150-250 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker equipped with a strainer in order to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Recommendations for use
We recommend drinking one before bedtime, its effect will be prolonged during the night. You can also complement your diet by drinking a shaker as a meal substitute. The average total protein intake recommended for athletes is 1 to 1.5g protein / kg of body weight / day (2/3 of this intake is provided by your diet).
