An easy protein rich pudding ideal for dessert
- 4 egg whites,
- 1 whole egg,
- 500ml milk
- 60g vanilla whey 9 proteins
Mix all ingredients in your blender,
Pour the mixture into ramekins
Heat them in a bain-marie in your oven at 150°C for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool down.
Refrigerate these custards for 4 to 5 hours, until they solidify.
