Protein-rich red berries pancakes

Ideal for breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 dose of vanilla whey 9
  • 100g porridge oats,
  • 4 egg whites,
  • 1 whole egg
  • Red berries

Preparation

In you blender, mix the porridge oats,

add the protein powder and mix again

add the egg white and the whole egg, mix,,

add some red berries to complete the mixture and mix.

Pour a small quantity of dough into a hot pan, cook 1 or 2 minutes, turn the pancake over and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes. Your pancake is ready.
