Ideal for a light snack after workout

Ingredients:

  • 50g hazelnut meal,
  • 25g chocolate-flavour whey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 45ml almond milk
  • 25g chocolate with no added sugar
  • 15g chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix the whey, baking powder and hazelnut meal,

melt the chocolate with the almond milk, then add it to the mixture,

add the chocolate chips to complete the preparation.

Place small balls of mixture on a tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over your cookies and put in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
