Protein French Toast


An easy and sweet recipe for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients of the protein French toast

  • 2 slices of cereal bread
  • 2 egg whites,
  • 3/4 scoop vanilla casein
  • milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder,
  • A dash of sunflower oil

Preparation of the protein French toast

In a bowl, place the egg whites and the casein. Mix with a whisk.

Add milk gradually until the mixture is creamy.

Place the mixture in a deep plate.

Heat a pan with oil,

Place the bread slices in the mixture and flip several times until they are fully saturated.

Then fry them up in the pan, 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy them warm!
