Small biscuits that are easy to make and rich in vitamins.

Preparation of the protein biscuits

Cut the figs in small bits and soak them in 120 ml hot water for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix pecans, casein and figs, add the soaking water.

Shape small balls and flatten them in the palm of your hand and put them on a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake these protein biscuits for 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them. If the biscuits rise too much, open the oven to let them go down. Repeat as necessary until the biscuits are nicely golden.


Enjoy with a protein cream or a milkshake.
