Ingredients of the protein bars

Preparation of the protein bars

Preheat oven to 200°C

Crush the popcorn to obtain smaller bits

Whisk the whey 9 with coconut milk,

Add popcorn and raisins and mix.

Pour the mixture in a small cake pan,

and bake for about 15'. Remove from oven as soon as the bar starts to brown.


Eat without restraint with a chocolate milkshake or a tea.
