Small protein biscuits to enjoy with a milkshake for afternoon snacks

Ingredients of the protein biscuits

  • 25g almond meal,
  • 15g flour,
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder,
  • 20g almond butter
  • 30ml soya milk,
  • 15g candied oranges,
  • 15g chopped almonds
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey 9

Preparation of the protein biscuits:

Preheat your oven at 180°C

Mix the almond meal, the flour and the baking powder.

Add the chopped almonds and the scoop of whey 9 vanilla.

Cut the candied oranges into small pieces and add them to the mixture.

In a bowl, melt the almond butter with the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add it to your mixture.

Shape the dough into small round and flat biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 - 15', your biscuits are ready.
