HOW TO USE THE ELECTRIC MASSAGE BELT

Do you feel stiff after sport? Then you need to recover. A massage would be just the ticket but, to be honest, you can't really be bothered… Don't worry, we've got the perfect solution!! Discover the electric massage belt, the effortless way to give yourself a massage!

1/ THE ELECTRIC MASSAGE BELT: HOW DOES IT WORK?

The electric massage belt contains parts that turn one way then the other and press against the tired areas to relax the muscles, release tension and get into the trigger points. It plugs into the mains and has 3 speeds, 2 rotation directions, and the option of adding heat for even more relaxation. It stops automatically after 15 minutes - perfect for spending 5 minutes massaging each muscle group.  Please note: the belt will also stop if the pressure is too high, so you will need to make sure you adjust the pressure correctly. To help you, you can use the straps or your own bodyweight.  The different rotation directions are designed for the different muscle groups: upwards for the legs, and back and forth for the back.
