High protein cakes


For 6 cakes


2 tablespoons of flour

1 tablespoon of cornflour

2 tablespoons of vanilla Lean whey protein

½ teaspoon of yeast

A pinch of salt,

1 teaspoon of butter,

1 tablespoon of almond milk,

1 egg,

The zest of 1 lemon


Preheat your oven to 230°
Mix the flour, cornflour and protein powder together, add the yeast and salt. 
Add the egg, butter and almond milk to the mixture of flour.
Remove the zest from the lemon, cut it in to small pieces and add it to the mixture. 
Flour the madeleine cake tins and pour in the mixture
Bake your madeleines for 15 minutes
