Ideal for a protein-packed snack

Ingredients for protein muffins

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 doses chocolate whey,
  • 30g chestnut flour
  • 20g unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 sachet yeast
  • a little skimmed milk (to make a smooth mixture)

Instructions for preparing protein muffins

Preheat your oven to 200°,

mix the egg with the whey then add the flour and yeast

add the milk gradually if the mixture is too solid

add the cocoa powder

pour the mixture into small muffin moulds

Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 200°C
