A bar for snacking

Ingredients of the protein bars

  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey9
  • 15 cooked chestnuts
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 35g dark chocolate

Preparation of the protein bars

Blend the vanilla whey 9 with the chestnuts,

Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract. Blend.

The mixture should resemble wet sand. Add water if necessary

Pour the mixture into a square dish and pack it to obtain a compact dough

Cut the dough into 4 bars

Melt the chocolate with water,

Coat your bars with this melted chocolate. It's ready
