Preparation Instructions
Mix 30g of WHEY9 with 150-250 ml of water or skimmed milk in a sieve shaker to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds then drink and enjoy.
Recommendations for use
Working out leads to muscle cell damage (catabolism). As soon as your workout ends, muscle repair begins. It is during the first 30 minutes, immediately after your workout, that your protein requirement is at its highest. WHEY protein is assimilated rapidly, making it a perfect post-workout supplement. You can also supplement your diet with a WHEY3 shake for breakfast.
