How to prepare
Mix 30g of WHEY9 with 150-250 ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker equipped with a strainer in order to obtain the desired texture. Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Recommendations for use
Training results in the destruction of muscle cells (catabolism). As soon as your workout ends, muscle regeneration begins. It is during the 30 minutes immediately after your training session that you most need proteins. The speed at which WHEY protein is assimilated makes it the perfect post-exercise supplement. You can also supplement your diet with a WHEY9 shaker at breakfast.
