A touch of mellow sweetness for dessert or snacks
1 dose of chocolate whey 9
1 teaspoon of low-fat cocoa
1 ripe pear
Roughly mix the pear,
add the dose of whey protein and cocoa, mix roughly again.
Pour the mixture into 2 small round microwave-safe moulds (choose moulds with high sides).
Cook your mixture in the microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes, stopping every 15 seconds to check that the mixture is not flowing over the mould.
Allow to cool down then refrigerate for 1 hour.
