Protein-rich chocolate patties

No-cook patties, ideal for recovery.

Ingredients

  • 30g of vanilla whey 9
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 5g honey
  • 6 teaspoons water
  • 10g chocolate chips
  • 7g flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except water.

Add the water one teaspoon at a time, mix.

Form a ball then roll it out to form a strip,

Cut out small circles with a cookie cutter

refrigerate your patties for 2 hours, until they solidify.
