Mango Protein Milkshake

Milkshake providing vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teabag of green tea,
  • 1 vanilla yoghurt, 0%,
  • 20cl of orange juice,
  • 80g of mango,
  • 2 teaspoons of linseed oil,
  • 10g of ginger,
  • 1 dose of vanilla whey 9

Preparation

Steep the tea in 25cl of water,

Mix the tea with the yoghurt and orange juice in your blender,

Mix until the mixture is smooth,

Add the mango, whey, oil, and ginger.

Mix and the milkshake is ready.
