The ideal cake for a snack or after a workout
Ingredients of the protein cake
- 150 g cooked and peeled chestnuts
- 20 g powdered skimmed milk
- 1 scoop of whey 9 vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation of the protein cake
Preheat oven to 200°C
Blend the chestnuts with the eggs,
Add the powdered milk, whey 9 and baking powder. Blend again until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into 4 small cake pans
Bake for 20 minutes.
Eat your cake with some applesauce or protein pudding, it's delicious
