Carrot-cinnamon muffins

A great recipe for protein-rich tasty snacks.

Ingredients for 10 muffins

  • 1 dose of vanilla whey 9
  • 40 g porridge oats
  • 60 g wholemeal flour
  • 2 carrots,
  • 3 egg whites,
  • 100 ml almond milk,
  • 2 tablespoons honey,
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup,
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix whey with porridge oats, wholemeal flour, yeast and cinnamon.

Add egg whites and whisk together.

Add almond milk, then honey and agave syrup, and whisk again.

Grate the carrots and toss into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into muffin tins

Bake in oven for 25 minutes
