Carbohydrates and proteins, together in a delicious milkshake

Ingredients

  • 33cl of skimmed milk,
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 banana,
  • 1 tablespoon of honey,
  • 1 dose of vanilla whey 9

Preparation

Mix the milk and the ice cream in a blender,

Mix until the mixture is smooth,

Add the peanut butter, banana, honey, and whey,

Mix and it's ready!
